Ms. Anna Chau is the first female master of the Chinese Art of Mask-Changing in Hong Kong. She can change as many as 25 faces at a flash within arm¡¦s length distance from her audience. As well, she can magically change up to 5 different costumes on stage.

Ms. Chau had been interviewed by TVB, RTHK and Now TV on the art of Mask-Changing. Ms. Chan has performed extensively in Hong Kong. She has been invited to perform for our first Chief Executive of Hong Kong and in 2002, she participated in a Japan Mission organised by the Hong Kong Tourism Board led by our former Financial Secretary ¡V Mr. Donald Tsang, who also later on become the Chief Executive of Hong Kong. In 2003, she has performed at an international conference hosted by the Correctional Service of Hong Kong. In 2007, Ms. Chau was again invited by the HKTDC to perform in London during a Mission headed by our Financial Secretary to promote Hong Kong. She has also performed for many different events during her career as Mask-Changing Master.

Internationally, Ms. Chau has performed around the world, namely in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Netherland, Switzerland, Canada, Singapore, Japan, Australia, Korea, Indonesia, Thailand as well as many other East Asian countries.

Ms Chau¡¦s performances have always been well received and praised by her audience, young and old alike.

Prior to Ms Chau¡¦s arrival to Hong Kong, Anna was already one of several leading performers at the China Opera and Dance Drama Theatre in Mainland China. She became a student of the famous Chinese vocalist ¡V Guo Lan Ying to further study the arts in Chinese cultural drama theatrical performance. Anna has played various leading roles in many renown opera including ¡§Mai Chang Yuan¡¨, ¡§Gu Lan Dan Mu¡¨, ¡§Six Jin Hanging Love¡¨ and ¡§Swan¡¨ etc. Despite of her success, Anna¡¦s quest for perfection continued as she went on taking up westernized singing style lessons (Bel Canto) from Professor Zhou Mei Yu at the Central Conservatory of Music, Anna¡¦s singing skill has reached another level.She has also put together

several solo album namely ¡§Love¡¨, ¡§My Song My Tear¡¨, ¡§Southern Tune Northern Melody¡¨, ¡§Chinese Cultural Collection¡¨, ¡§Moon Light Disco¡¨, ¡§Unchanged Love¡¨ etc. including the movie soundtrack for ¡§Paradise¡¦s Revenge¡¨.

Upon her arrival, she has been invited by the Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra, Hong Kong Music Office and Macau Chinese Orchestra to perform in various occasions. In 1991, Anna joined Fitto Entertainment Co., Ltd. as singer and music producer where she has recorded over 40 songs and MTV.
